Mr. Manuel Hagedorn began his career as an apprentice electronic technician in mechanical engineering.

After the completion of the training, he decided to study industrial engineering at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln with an integrated semester abroad in London / England at the University of East London.

After completing his studies successfully he took over the assistance to the Sales Manager at the company of Weidmüller GmbH & Co. KG. In this position he already gained extensive experience in sales, exhibition service and in conceptual tasks.

Parallel to his work at Weidmüller Mr. Hagedorn graduated from the extra occupational Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Institute of Management in Salzburg / Austria. His master's thesis dealt with the implementation of the corporate strategy in the German sales of Weidmüller.

Since January 2010, Mr. Manuel Hagedorn works as an independent engineer of the individual enterprise "Manuel Hagedorn e.K." for various companies, and changed the company's name into "HAGMA GmbH" in March 2012.
